Our Repair Policy

We were established in 1982 and have been repairing and servicing electronics ever since. We offer carry in service at our shop at 2 Church Street West in West Lebanon NH 03784

The customer pays a non refundable $40.00 evaluation fee when the unit is dropped off

We will disassemble the unit, diagnose the problem and call you with a quotation on repair to consider. We let the customer decide. If you decide to repair the unit the evaluation fee is deducted from the total.
